Garage Gurus is a 360-degree training and support experience that offers on-site, online and on-demand access to the tools and knowledge techs need to succeed. From naming and visual identity to environmental, comms and advertising, we’ve helped ensure every aspect of the brand embraces repair shop culture.
To launch the program to techs, the industry and media, we hosted grand opening events in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles. Over the space of two weeks, we transformed each Gurus training facility for its “Black Carpet Premiere” including special appearances by Danny Koker, the star of History Channel’s Counting Cars.
Garage Gurus is a key component of DRiV’s CRM strategy and a significant value add for channel partners, who offer Garage Gurus training credits as a loyalty benefit for their own customers. Techs and shops have embraced it too; DRiV continues to expand the program with more course options, additional Gurus On-The-Go vans and two new mobile training centers.
