The building industry needs to move quickly toward more sustainable and energy-efficient products and practices. For Holcim Building Envelope (HBE), it meant a huge opportunity to merge its two spray foam brands—Gaco and SES Spray Foam. We helped bring the two companies together under a new brand and mission to “change the way the world insulates.”
Our team guided the Enverge leadership team through a brand foundational process which included deep dives into the business and opportunities for the new brand. Then we went to work: defining a brand strategy, creating a new identity and developing a comms strategy the Enverge team could use to guide its launch communications.
Gaco and SES understood strong customer relationships were the key to their success—they’d built their businesses on ensuring customers had the tools, training and support they needed to succeed. We felt the same way. Reassuring customers and distributors throughout the transition was a key part of the comms strategy and our brand launch toolkit included tools to help the sales and customer support teams guide their conversations.
