Fueling Faurecia’s Community Spirit
Faurecia, one of the world’s largest automotive suppliers, asked the PUSH 22 team to help them introduce and promote a new initiative – one focused on getting North American employees involved in their local communities. It didn’t take long to settle on FUELS, a food-drive campaign committed to “Driving out Hunger.”
We started by developing a variety of communication tools promoting the food drive among senior management, whose buy-in would be key to the program’s success. Creative and promotional items, such as wall trackers, posters, and t-shirts, were also created to communicate goals to the individual plants and encourage employee participation.
Championing the Cause
To ensure the campaign was success, site champions were identified to help organize and manage the program at each Faurecia North America plant.
From 2010 to 2014, the FUELS campaign proved a tremendous success, exceeding the program’s goals and providing more than 3.5 million meals to thousands of families in need throughout Canada, Mexico, and the U.S.
