The first step involves an in-depth look at your business goals, past performance, strategic direction, current situation, and your understanding of the competitive landscape, in an effort to understand your brand from the “inside looking out.”
We objectively examine your customers, business terrain, competitors, core competencies, target markets and audiences (using both qualitative and quantitative research) to determine your brand’s true position. This step is designed to identify and reveal existing marketing attitudes from the “outside looking in.”
Information uncovered during the exploration and discovery phases is used to map internal and external perceptions (brand character and brand personality) to see whether these perceptions are aligned with each other and with your goals.
The Brand Construction phase begins with a thorough analysis of your brand and the steps that we believe are required to evolve your brand. We validate your current brand positioning (personality and character) and determine what steps need to be taken to align outside perceptions with your brand business goals.
Brand Activation is the last portion of the Brand Forward process and requires compiling all the elements together to develop a “go-to-market” strategy. During this phase, we work closely with you to define specific, measurable, achievable and relevant tactics.
